The problem

  1. 01

    You hear about it late

A host mentions your brand at 8am. You find out days later, if at all.

  2. 02

    Your tools skip radio

Press clipping and social listening track text. Nothing writes down what is said on air.

  3. 03

    No proof for reports

Without a clip and a time, an on-air mention can't go into a coverage report.

What Cue does

01

The clip and the sentence

Each alert has the audio, the words around your name, the station and the time.

02

Sounds-like matching

We match spellings, nicknames and accents, so "North Wind" still counts.

03

Tone and type

Each mention is tagged positive, neutral or negative, and as talk, an ad or a caller.

04

Where you work

Alerts by email or Slack, a weekly summary, or the API for your own tools.
